Ordering with Bio-Diagnostics

Orders may be placed by mail, telephone, email or fax to our sales office.

If you are not an NHS customer please contact us for a credit facility.

Standing orders are available on request. These can be delivered monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly to suit your requirements. There is no delivery charge on standing orders over £10,000 per annum.

Small items sent by the Royal Mail standard service carry a £4.25 postage and handling charge.

All non-refrigerated orders are delivered at £9.95 (U.K. only.)

All refrigerated orders of £200 and under are delivered at £19.95 and all refrigerated orders over £200 are charged at £14.95 (U.K. only.)

Payment: We accept Card (Visa, MasterCard), cheque or BACS payments as well as PayPal when appropriate. Prices are correct at time of publication. For current prices please contact our customer service department, who will be happy to assist you.

Storage & Distribution

In response to a steady and consistent increase in sales orders, we have invested heavily in our warehousing facilities, with a significant expansion programme begun this year which has already doubled our pallet holding capacity, with further scope to expand substantially.

We now have improved stock holding areas and cold room facilities for the safe storage of products, allowing us to hold larger supplies of the majority of our finished products and supply same day directly from stock.

Distributing products globally, we offer our customers next day deliveries using insulated packaging for the preservation of product performance to ensure the highest possible quality.

N.B. any discrepancies between delivery notes and goods actually received or goods damaged must be notified to our Customer Service Department within 7 days of receipt of either goods or invoice.

All orders should be printed or written and telephone orders must be confirmed by a written or printed order. Where necessary, your order number should be quoted.

All goods will remain the property of Bio-Diagnostics Ltd until the appropriate Invoices are settled in full.

Terms

Terms Our terms are strictly net, 30 Days from date of invoice. Credit facilities are made available providing payments are made by the due date and Bio-Diagnostics Ltd, reserve the right, at its discretion, to; Vary the terms applying to credit accounts, as it deems appropriate, after due written notice. Withdraw credit facilities, without prior notice, upon non-payment of monies due. It is the policy of Bio-Diagnostics Ltd to automatically suspend credit account facilities when an account contains invoices that are 90 days overdue. Levy a service charge of 1.5% per month to overdue invoices.
